Questions before you sign up
Is there a contract?
No. Every tier is month to month. There's no yearly option.
Do I keep my academy's name?
Yes. At Outpost and Affiliate, your academy keeps its own name. Official Academy is for owners who choose to put the Machado name on their academy.
Who sets my prices and my class times?
You do. Your academy keeps its own pricing and schedule at every tier.
Can I see the curriculum before I pay?
Yes. The free courses in the members' area need no card.
How do I cancel?
Send the membership cancellation form. Cancelling takes 30 days' written notice. Your membership stays active for 30 days from your request, unless you give a later end date. If your end date is less than 30 days after your request, you'll make one final monthly payment.
